Indulge in a 3-course dinner complemented by award-winning wines at Lerida Estate, the Canberra region’s most spectacularly-positioned winery, overlooking Lake George. Marvel at the mysteries, myths and legends of this enigmatic lake in a special audio-visual presentation by Tim the Yowie Man, cryptonaturalist, The Canberra Times columnist and self-confessed Lake George aficionado.

Dinner is an alternate drop of the following (special dietary requirements, including vegetarian and gluten free, catered for).

Entrée

• Salt and Pepper Squid with Dill Tartare
• Mushroom Arancini with Napoli Sauce and shaved Parmesan

Main

• Camembert Stuffed Chicken Breast Supreme with Porcini Mushroom Risotto and walnut pesto dressing
• Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Loin stuffed with Apple and Courgette, roast pumpkin, pearl cous cous, heirloom tomato salad and and a red wine reduction

Dessert

• Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with red wine poached pear and Ginger Crumbs
• Blueberry Chocolate Cheesecake with sweet popcorn and Chocolate Soil
